Low Melting Point Polyester (LMPET) Regenerated Polyester (RPET) Composite Staple Fiber (FZ/T52052-2018) . Performance and features	1. Combining regeneration and low melting point, low melting point in sheath, low carbon content and environment friendly. 2. Soft feel, good bonding effect, stable heat shrinkage, easy of bonding with other fibers, and good elasticity.

Low melt fibers utilize sheath-core fibers that melt at high temperatures and bond with other fibers to provide excellent matrix stability and handling characteristics. Low melt fibers also enhance cushioning product quality and are more compatible with the environment.

Characteristics: The fiber is produced by using polyester and modified polyester to spin simultaneously. The melting point is below 130℃. It can mix with normal fiber to form the nonwoven, then heat to bond them together and become an elastomer.
Use: Mattress of bed, seat cushions

Application Technology	Depending in the terminal products, the proportion of fiber addition quantity can be choose to be 5%~50%. Generally, the proportion of addition is about 7% for imitation silk cotton series, about 40% for hard cotton and palm beds, and it can be increased according to actual conditions for other types.
