3. Functions

Antibacterial and antibacterial	Soy fiber, via a soy protein matrix metalloenzyme, continuously isolates minute antimicrobial peptides that exhibit significant antibacterial and antifungal effects against Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Candida albicans. The release of these antimicrobial peptides remains consistent, regardless of the frequency of wear and washing.
